These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Toon Tone at toontone.app. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Entertainment only

Toon Tone is a casual browser game provided for entertainment, color practice, and general learning. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.

No accounts or purchases

You do not need an account to play. Toon Tone currently does not sell subscriptions, in-game purchases, digital goods, or paid upgrades.

Leaderboards and messages

If you submit a leaderboard tag or wall post, that content may be public. Keep tags, names, and messages short, appropriate, and non-personal. We may remove, hide, or edit public entries, scores, tags, names, or messages at any time, especially if they are abusive, misleading, automated, or inappropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Toon Tone. For example, do not attempt to interfere with the site, overload the database, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, submit harmful content, impersonate others, scrape in a way that harms performance, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Children

Toon Tone is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not submit a leaderboard tag or wall post.

Intellectual property

Toon Tone is an independent fan-made color memory game. It is not affiliated with any cartoon studio, network, publisher, or rights holder. Cartoon character names, references, and visual elements belong to their respective owners and are used as part of a color-memory guessing experience.

Changes to the site

We may update, pause, remove, or change any part of Toon Tone, including characters, scoring, leaderboards, share features, pages, and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toon Tone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
